Ajman returns victorious from the capital

Ajman returned triumphant from Al Nahyan Stadium in the capital Abu Dhabi, after defeating their host Al Wahda with a score of 2-1. The match witnessed thrilling moments as the home team took the lead early in the first half. However, Ajman's star Rocky Martianos shone bright, equalizing for his team and then securing the second goal. The match also saw red cards shown to Al Wahda players Robin Felipe and Alan Marquez. Ajman Club then raised their tally to 20 points, climbing to tenth place, while Al Wahda remained at 34 points in fourth place.


In the first half, Al Wahda swiftly dominated half of Ajman's field, capitalizing on their opponent's slow offensive buildup. Omar Khribin found the net early after 6 minutes, heading in a cross from his teammate Ahmed Nurallah. Khribin has now scored four of Al Wahda's last five goals in the Adnoc Pro League, following their lead. Despite Al Wahda's dominance on the field, the 28th minute saw defender Robin Felipe receiving a red card. Substitute Rocky Martianos equalized for Ajman in the 49th minute, following his goal, Ajman missed some clear chances due to haste and poor finishing touches, reflecting their control since the beginning of the second half.


Nevertheless, Rocky regained his composure and added a second goal for his team in the 73rd minute. Rocky has now scored five goals for his team in the Adnoc Pro League, including three as a substitute in the last two matches. As Al Wahda sought ways to overcome their numerical disadvantage and equalize, they suffered another blow as Alan Marquez was sent off in the 77th minute.
