Ajman and Al-Emirates played to a thrilling 4-4 draw in a match held at the Emirates Club Stadium, opening the second round of the Adnoc Pro League. Both teams secured their first points of the season.
Spanish star Andres Iniesta started for Al-Emirates for the first time this season, and he didn't disappoint the fans who flocked to the stadium to see him. In the 2nd minute, Iniesta delivered a precise free-kick that was headed into the net by Leithy Silva.
Ajman quickly equalized with a headed goal by Abdullah Saleh from a corner kick in the 10th minute. They then took the lead with a goal by Walid Azarou in his first appearance this season in the 43rd minute.

In the second half, Al-Emirates refused to give up and narrowed the gap with a goal by Ismail Al-Hammadi in the 64th minute.
Al-Emirates continued their comeback with a goal by Frank Coman in the 88th minute.
Al-Emirates secured their fourth goal through a penalty converted by Andres Iniesta in the 90+4 minute.
However, Ajman responded with a fourth goal from a penalty, scored by Ali Madan in the 90+15 minute.
This is the eighth match in the history of the professional league to end in a 4-4 draw, and the first since February 2021 between Ittihad Kalba and Al-Wasl
