Ajman lost 1-0 to Al-Ittihad Kalba, in the match that brought the two teams together at the Rashid Bin Saeed Stadium in the second round of the Arabian Gulf League.
The only goal of the match was scored by Togolese striker Pinel Malaba in the 89th minute. Kalba raised their score to three points in 9th place, while Ajman is at the 13th place with no points.
The first half was marked by lack of opportunities for the two teams. The most dangerous chances of the game were in the 41st minute, when Ahmed Gashk received a great long ball and produced a powerful shot that was blocked by goalkeeper Ali Al Hosni.
Gustavo de Maro, Ajman’s winger fired a powerful ball in the 46th minute, which was blocked by goalkeeper Jamal Abdullah.
Ajman tried to visit Kalba FC’s nets but was unable to penetrate the organized defenses of the Tigers. While the match was heading to a goalless draw, Pinel Malaba scored a wonderful goal after preparing the ball in a great way and then shooting it into the back of the net in the 89th minute.
The Orange brigade did not manage to equalize in stoppage time, receiving their second consecutive defeat in the Arabian Gulf League.

خسر عجمان من إتحاد كلباء بهدف نظیف ، في المباراة التي جمعت الفریقین على استاد "راشد بن سعید" ضمن منافسات الجولة الثانیة من دوري الخلیج العربي.
هدف المباراة الوحید سجله المهاجم التوغولي بینل ملابا في الدقیقة 89. ورفع اتحاد كلباء رصیده إلى ثلاث نقاط في المركز التاسع، في حین ما زال عجمان دون نقاط في المركز الثالث عشر. اتسم الشوط الأول بالهدوء وقلة الفرص من الفریقین. أخطر فرص الشوط كانت في الدقیقة 41، حین استلم أحمد جشك كرة طویلة ّ بطریقة رائعة ثم سددها قویة لكن الحارس علي الحوسني تصدى لها.
غوستافو دي مارو جناح عجمان سدد كرة قویة في الدقیقة 46 تصدى لها الحارس جمال عبداالله. ّ حاول عجمان زیارة شباك كلباء لكنه لم ینجح في اختراق دفاعات النمور المنظمة. وبینما تتجه المباراة للتعادل السلبي سجل بینل ملابا ً هدفا رائًعا بعدما هیأ الكرة لنفسه بطریقة رائعة ثم سددها قویة في الشباك في الدقیقة 89. لم ینجح البرتقالي في إدراك التعادل في الوقت بدل الضائع، لیتلقى الهزیمة الثانیة على التوالي في دوري الخلیج العربي.
